The assessment was prepared by MIG, Inc. in collaboration with the City and PolicyLink, with contributions from members of the Richmond community, Contra Costa Health Services, and the University of California, Berkeley. This Urban Agriculture Assessment looks at the potential for urban agriculture in Richmond and its role in achieving an equitable food system.

Richmond Grocery Gap

The non-profit Social Compact, in partnership with funding from the California Endowment and the California Freshworks Fund, has developed a Richmond Grocery Gap report. This report will be a useful tool in understanding how food is distributed and consumed across Richmond and how we can work together to increase access to fresh and healthy foods for all members of the community.
